Due to the nature of water filters and the media within them, we do not offer refunds or returns on any used equipment.
Any returns made for refund must be made on equipment that is unused and in perfect "like new" condition
Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges are also acceptable for equipment damaged in transit or if wrong equipment was received/ordered
Returns of this nature must fit within following parameters where applicable
- return within 15 days of receiving product regardless of return reasoning
- unused & in perfect condition
- damaged in transit or wrong product
- fill out a contact/return form with order number and brief explanation of why you are returning or exchanging products.
We are fair, honest, and always make it right where we can - we dont take advantage of our customers and we ask our customers to treat us the same.
