The system greatly reduces hard water calcium scale from forming and lowers the surface tension in the water.  This 6 stages process includes a double high strength magnetic pass, 3 chamber catalytic surface and Kinetic Degradation Fluxion (KDF) media

Yes, Water Filters 24/7's water treatment equipment, such as UV disinfection systems, and high efficiency RO membranes are designed to remove bacteria and viruses from water. 

In addition - almost all of our machines contain KDF somewhere throughout the build. KDF is a bacteriostatic media, meaning it inhibits the growth and multiplication of bacteria within the filter and system.
